Delete your account

This page explains how to request account deletion and what data will be deleted. It is designed to comply with the Google Play Store Account Deletion policy and to make the process clear whether you still have the app installed or not.

1) In-App Deletion Steps

You can delete your account directly inside the app by navigating to Settings → Manage Profile → Then, in the top-right corner, tap the menu button. A popup will appear; select Delete Account.

2) Web/Email Deletion Request (For users who uninstalled the app)

If you have uninstalled the app, you can still request account and data deletion without reinstalling.

Send an email to contacts@adhansalahtimes.com from your registered email address.

Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request

For security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the deletion.

3) Data Deletion Specifics

When your account deletion is processed, the following data associated with your account will be deleted:

  • Personal info

    Name, Email, Firebase Authentication UIDs

  • Financial history

    Stripe payment records, if applicable

  • Device identifiers

    FCM tokens and analytics IDs

4) Data Retention Period

Upon receiving the request, all associated data will be completely wiped from our databases (Firebase/Stripe) within 30 days.
